用debit 在网上付地税需要付service fee 吗？

应该不用付。别把方向弄反了。你如果让那些公司从你的银行或者信用卡取钱，会收你的费用。但是你自己直接从你的银行或者信用卡付给city是不会这样收费的。

只要用Paymentus就收费，debit card应该是一次性收费，信用卡是按%收费。
