Rooms for rent in the new townhouse near Barrhaven Center( market Place) and bus 95 stop by 10 mins walk to the Barrhaven Center and Bus 95 stop, very convenient, banks, Walmart, Independent, Lablaw.... bus stops for Bus 95,99,176; 20 mins by direct bus to Algonquin Collage; about 45 mins to downtown and Ottawa University by direct bus; Amenities: washing machine and dryer, well-equipped kitchen:
1) Master room on second floor
Rent :$700 plus utility; water, electricity, and gas, internet, about $80 to 100 based on shared actual costs of the bill;
2) One room on second floor , but has to share shower room with someone on second floor
Rent: 400; plus utility 80 to 100 based on shared actual costs of the bill
2 Canadian Alqonquin college students are living here.
