On June 24th the Nepean Sailing Club, will open its doors to you so that you can try the sport of sailing free of charge! Get Out On The Water is organized by many knowledgeable volunteers who will be with you every step of the way. The province-wide event not only gets participants out on a boat with a skipper, but they will also learn the basics of sailing along the way.
In addition to a chance to try sailing, participants will receive boating information, a tour of the boatyard and clubhouse, and a complimentary lunch to be enjoyed on Ottawa’s best outdoor deck overlooking the harbour.
