The only challenging course at Carleton Math Enrichment Center is Competitive Math Part II
All others are not so difficult, some are ridiculously easy such as Introduction to Algebra.
Trust me coz I've reviewed some homework for quite a few courses. So... don't be afraid of taking any of the programs at Carleton.

not worth to attend?
If you aim to do math competition, Competitive Math Part II is a good choice... not because the course itself is excellent... it's because you can find a lot of strong Math kids in that class... so you know where you stand in Ottawa.not worth to attend?
All other courses are knowledge based... you can learn at home via some free online tutorials.
