基本上你的顾虑都是真的。
但是楼梯间没有自然采光的话，不加也难受。所以空间浪费一点，有个朝西南loft自然采光还是挺重要的。

冬天积雪很厚时基本没多少光线进来，看上去就像白亮的一块。

不能这么说吧，昏暗的地方原来全年都是昏暗的，装天窗以后绝大多数日子是全房子里最亮的。
就算冬天被雪埋住，还是有些亮光，不是全黑的，所以仍然比以前好多了。
另外冬天也不是一直被雪埋着，太阳晒晒雪就花了，阳光就直接洒进来了。

会不会有灰尘……进去，skylight看上去有深色杂质？

冬天外面是白雪覆盖，一点也不黑。
skylight如果不漏那是极好的。采光那叫一个亮堂。
如果漏了，那也叫一个折腾。花费不菲。
还是自己权衡吧
