With changing market trends and enormous sales growth in the luxury automotive sector, Ogilvie Mercedes-Benz is currently seeking a full time Sales and Leasing Consultant to add to its successful and energetic sales team. Experience is a plus but not a must.
The successful candidate will be engaged in promoting and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction and practicing the sale of Mercedes-Benz vehicles in an appropriate, professional and ethical manner. An up-to-date product knowledge of all Mercedes-Benz vehicles with a comprehensive understanding of all competitive products in today’s marketplace would be considered a huge plus. If you are fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese, this would also be considered an asset.
We are not only looking for automotive enthusiasts. If you're motivated, energetic and can adapt to a high paced environment, please apply. Again, automotive experience is not a pre-requisite. What we will expect is:
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets of new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Exceeding customers' expectations by making the vehicle purchasing experience exceptional.
- Expanding our customer network by promoting and developing new business.
- Demonstrating initiative in learning and understanding our products and marketing competition.
- Actively maintaining your current customer and referral network.
- Acting as a brand ambassador by professionally representing the Mercedes-Benz brand
- A flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays.
- Bilingualism and Multiculturism would be considered an asset
- A valid driver’s licence and a clean drivers abstract are required for this role.
- Qualifications to obtain an O.M.V.I.C. sales licence is mandatory.
