Physiotherapist
iBalance Physiotherapy, Sports & Wellness Center is currently hiring patient centered and service oriented individuals to fulfill our full time and part time receptionist (one each) positions at our busy clinic in Barrhaven.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients in a welcoming and professional manner;
Answer all incoming calls and returning calls
Responding emails and messages
Booking appointments;
File and maintain patient charts completely and accurately;
Receive and process payments from patients for products and services and following up with outstanding payments;
Other administrative duties and light house keeping duties to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for patients and coworkers.
Qualification & Skills
Related experience preferred
Customer Service oriented;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service;
Pleasant and professional manner, in person and over the phone;
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality;
Ability to work in a team environment;
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook;
Excellent knowledge of health care and office practices, procedures and standards preferred;
Ability to work well under pressure and complete high quality work in accordance to clinic standards.
