房子阁楼里凝水太严重

有没有大神遇到过家里房子阁楼上凝水太严重 贴着屋顶都是霜 外面温度变化急变时开始疯狂滴水(jan 9) 前两天－20今天0 这种时候 新房才入住一年 17年初刚进来两个月时也听见过 也是这种气候 现在应该怎么办 虽然还在warranty内 但是不确定这个是否cover 然后builder也墨迹 我怕过两天天气不同看不出来了。。有神知道怎么办吗或是专业公司推荐

也许屋顶的保温层不够厚或者铺设不均匀？增加保温层应该有帮助。

不是什么大问题，应该是attic的通风没做好，导致温度太高了。拍好照片，找builder, 新房，还在保修范围内。

阁楼通风是大学问，简单的就按2个风力扇抽风，

冷凝水充分说明屋顶保温有问题。不是通风不好而是有可能通风太好了。
如果结露不均匀，有可能局部保温层不够。例如小动物进去把保温层刨开了。

冷凝是热空气接触低温表面造成的。室内排风扇一般要直接导到室外，热空气直接排到或者泄露到阁楼，就会导致这种现象。

Condensation may occur in attics but these occurrences should be infrequent and without any adverse effect on the building.

Warranty
Two-Year - Ontario Building Code Health & Safety Violations. · Damage caused by dampness or condensation due to failure by the homeowner to maintain adequate ventilation is excluded from the statutory warranty.

Action
Adequate ventilation equipment shall be installed in accordance with the Building Code.

Remarks
