A 39-year-old Brockville man was arrested Saturday after a 14-year-old boy reported that a man had yelled at him on the street to get his attention, then allegedly exposed himself.
Police collared a suspect who was shirtless under his coat and still had his pants undone soon after the incident, which happened on Windsor Drive near Thousand Islands Secondary School around 6 p.m.
“At the time, he was well under the influence of alcohol,” according to police in the city about 100 km south of Ottawa.
The man was in custody pending a bail hearing on charges of committing an indecent act and exposing himself to a person under 16 years of age, police said Monday.
