And the forecast is… snow, snow and more snow.

Environment Canada is predicting 5 cm will fall Tuesday, then 5 cm overnight capped off with another 5 cm Wednesday.

And, for good measure, there’s a 60 per cent chance of flurries Wednesday night.

Tuesday’s forecast also features northwest winds at 20 km/h, a high of 0 C and an overnight low of -2 C as winds pick up to 20 km/h gusting to 40.

For Wednesday, expect northwesterly winds at 20 km/h, a high of 1 C and a low of -2 C.

Cloudy skies are forecast but just a 40 per cent chance of flurries Thursday with a high of 2 C and low of -10 C.

Friday is sunny – sunny! – with a high of -3 C and low of -10 C.

The weekend forecast is for mixed skies and mild highs of 5 C Saturday and 6 C Sunday.
