Well, it’s good weather for maple syrup, with cold nights, sun and warm(er) daytime temperatures that will tickle the sap out of the trees.
For humans, Sunday should be a repeat of Saturday’s weather with sunny skies, a high of -5 C and a wind chill of -20 in the morning and winds out of the WNW.
There’s even a UV index of 4.
Tonight, Environment Canada is predicting temperatures of -18, so don’t put away the puffy jacket yet.
This week should see sun every day, with temperatures gradually going up over the freezing mark by Wednesday.
