Bedroom near UO: about $450/m

A Canadian friend has a townhouse less that 5 mins walk
to UO. He would like to get a OU student as a tenant in one
room in the house (about $450 per month). Also, he wish
to exchange learning Chinses with learning English. He is
a Ph.D student in education.
