There was so much garbage in a junkyard-bound car pulled over Tuesday morning by Ottawa police’s traffic unit that items were even blocking the driver’s pedals.
Luckily an officer could easily reach the ticket book to write a fistful on charges including failing to wear a seatbelt, having an insecure load and driving “while crowded.”
The total for the motorist pulled over on Bentley Avenue was $510 and they had to rectify the situation before driving away, reported Const. Phil Kane who tweets as @carbinekane.
“This driver was on his way to the junkyard,” Kane tweeted. “The scariest part was the junk on the driver’s side floor with items impeding the pedals!”
