Join Mayor Jim Watson, Paralympians Jason Dunkerley, Tyrone Henry and Todd Nicholson on Thursday May 31, 2018 for the City’s 15th annual AccessAbility Day.
The theme of this year’s conference is: A Healthy Body and Mind. Mayor Jim Watson will proclaim AccessAbility Day in Ottawa on behalf of the City’s event co-sponsor, Ottawa Public Health.
The Mayor will also launch Key2Access, a new location-based beacon system to help residents navigate City Hall more independently.
Dunkerley, Henry, and Nicholson will participate in a panel discussion regarding their athletic careers and how they maintain a healthy mind and body.

10 am to 2:30 pm (Doors open at 9:30 am)
Official Opening Ceremony – Andrew Haydon Hall (Council Chambers), from 10 am to noon.
Key2Access launch at 10:20 am
Panel discussion at 10:30 am
Resource Fair from 9:15 am to 1 pm
Presentations from 1 to 2:30 pm
