Downtown traffic was slow Tuesday as after a broken watermain flooded the intersection of O’Connor and Nepean streets.
Southbound O’Connor Street between Gloucester and Lisgar streets and Nepean Street between Bank and Metcalfe streets are closed to both vehicles and pedestrians for their own safety, police said.
The city had no immediate information on the cause of the break or the estimated repair time.
