It's a bit cool, and showers possible but summer returns for the weekend

After Wednesday’s storm, we should have have one more cool and likely wet day in store before a sunny Friday kicks off a summery weekend.

Thursday’s forecast is for clouds, a 60 per cent chance of showers during the day, evening and overnight, a high of 17 C and a low of 11 C.

Skies are expected to clear Friday morning with sunny skies, a high of 25 C and a low of 14 C in the forecast.

For Saturday, expect a mix of sun and cloud, a high of 28 C and low of 16 C.

Sunday’s forecast is for mixed skies, a high of 27 C and a low of 21 C.

A 40 per cent chance of showers is in the forecast for Monday along with a no-doubt muggy high of 27 C and low of 14 C.

Tuesday is sunny and 27 C and Wednesday even warmer at 28 C under mixed skies.
