After a sweltering, soggy start to the week, Tuesday’s the tonic with a cool morning headed to a mainly-sunny high of just 23 C.

A cold front brought just 2.2 mm of rain Monday but the high of 30.4 C plummeted to a more seasonal 13 C by morning. Northwest winds are to become light Tuesday morning but the UV index will remain at 9 or very high. The overnight low is again forecast at 13 C.
Wednesday’s forecast is for mainly sunny skies in the morning and early afternoon then a mix of sun and cloud with a 30 per cent chance of showers late in the afternoon and a high of 26 C. The UV index is again forecast at 9 or very high. The overnight low looks like 10 C.
Thursday’s forecast is sunny and 25 C with a low of 11 C, while Friday should be sunny and 29 C with a low of 16 C.
There’s a chance of some wet weather this weekend.
Saturday’s forecast is for mixed skies and 23 C during the day then cloudy with a 40 per cent chance of showers and low of 17 C overnight.
Sunday is cloudy with a 40 per cent chance of showers during the day and 30 per cent overnight, high of 23 C and low of 13 C.
For Monday, expect a mix of sun and cloud and a high of 25 C.
