The following opportunities are available next week:
Mooney’s Bay Park Pavilion
- The City wants to hear from you about what should be considered when planning for the possible renovation or replacement of the Mooney’s Bay Park Pavilion. The Pavilion, which was built in the 1960s, is located at the beach and houses washrooms, change rooms and a restaurant. You can provide feedback in the online survey until August 31.
Sparks Street
- In July, Sparks Street welcomed a series of new streetscape elements aimed at increasing social interaction and testing some of the public feedback received through the public realm plan’s online questionnaire. The new elements range from public picnic areas to family lounging zones with oversized games, hammocks, beanbags and rocking chairs. City staff will follow the conversation on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Tell us what you think about the additions using #mysparkstreet over the next few weeks and we will consider your feedback for future improvements.
