The groups, made up almost entirely of Chinese-Canadian citizens, appeared to be voicing their displeasure after they heard that Mayor Frank ........

A woman on a megaphone incited the crowd with a rant in Chinese.

They also chanted in English: “We are Canadians, We love Canada” and also chanted “Go home, go home, go home.”
