Traffic impacts in Ottawa for the coming days – beginning Friday, September 21

Ottawa – Upcoming events and projects will have the following impacts on Ottawa traffic:

• Highway 417 and Highway 174:
• From Friday, September 21 at 10 pm to Saturday, September 22 at 6 am, Highway 174 westbound access to Highway 417 westbound will be closed for construction.
  
• Until Friday, November 2, lanes will be closed on Highway 417 at the following times: Sundays from 9 pm to midnight, Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9 pm to 6 am, Thursdays and Fridays from 10 pm to 6 am and Saturdays from midnight to 10 am.
  
• From Monday, September 24 to Friday, October 5, lane closures will be permitted on Highway 174 westbound for construction: Sunday from 9 pm to midnight, Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9 pm to 6 am, Thursdays and Fridays from 10 pm to 6 am and Saturday from 12 am to 10 am
  
• From Monday, September 24 to Wednesday, September 26, the Champlain Bridge interchange ramp from Highway 174 will be closed nightly from 10 pm to 5 am.

• Army Run: On Sunday, September 23, the following roads will be closed from 7:20 am until late afternoon:
  
• Elgin Street between Laurier Avenue West and Wellington Street
  
• Wellington Street between Elgin Street and Booth Street
  
• Sir John A. Macdonald Parkway between Booth Street and Remic Rapids Park
  
• St. Patrick Street between the Alexandra Bridge and Sussex Drive
  
• Sussex Drive between Colonel By Drive and the Rideau Hall walking path
  
• Princess Avenue between the Rideau Hall walking path and Lisgar Road
  
• Lisgar Road between Princess Avenue and Dufferin Road
  
• Dufferin Road between Lisgar Road and MacKay Street
  
• MacKay Street between Dufferin Road and Sussex Drive
  
• Colonel By Drive between Rideau Street and the Pretoria Bridge
  
• Pretoria Bridge between Colonel By Drive and Queen Elizabeth Drive
  
• Queen Elizabeth Drive between the Pretoria Bridge and the Cartier Square Drill Hall
