即使是contractor的捐款也没啥事，因为给谁contract不是Jim说了算。

这里不是在第三世界的独裁专制国家，现在连中国的领导都不敢直接拍板指定工程承包商，要投标竞标的。。。

如果他想揭露Jim的“违法”行为，他应该把证据交给RCMP或者其他执法机构，而不是给你，然后你再替他传播“谣言”。
