Provincial standardized testing is necessary and should be strengthen. It gives schools, teachers and students a toll to motivate the incentive to work hard towards better education for our kids, who are the future of the nation. It's probably the most objective means to hold our educators accountable to parents, students, and taxpayers.



What more can be done to ensure students graduate high school with important life skills, including financial literacy? (maximum 500 words)


Not sure if financial literacy could be taught in high school. However, we do need to train our kids in responsible spending, which is really about self control. I would assume parents are the most important educators in this aspect.





What steps could schools take to ban cellphone use in the classroom? (maximum 500 words)









how can we build a new age-appropriate Health and Physical Education curriculum that includes subjects like mental health, sexual health education and the legalization of cannabis? (maximum 500 words)


What elements should be included in a Ministry of Education Parents’ Bill of Rights? (maximum 500 words)
