我英语不好，Maximum 1.8 m连一个车都停不了吧？是指最多扩宽1.8m 吗？

这是扩展driveway。这扩展的部分（walkway）不一定能用于停车。这条款更适合38+ 单车库的房型。townhouse的地宽度本来就窄。不大于50%基本上就是一辆车。不过，干这事儿的屋主很多，周围都是好邻居是关键。
