据澳洲九号台新闻报道，在Parramatta警局总部恐袭案中，又一名男子被认定参与策划谋杀警局会计Curtis Cheng。

今天下午，陪审团经过两天半的审议后在新州高等法庭做出了裁决，Cheng的遗孀Selina当庭痛哭。

陪审团确信25岁的Mustafa Dirani在Raban Alou跟其他人讨论恐袭阴谋时负责望风，避免他们被别人听到。Dirani还是一个名为“the Bricks”的WhatsApp群的活跃成员，该群的头像是一面IS旗。

2015年10月2日，Alou将一把0.38口径的Smith&Wesson左轮手枪交给了15岁的Farhad Jabar，这把枪是他在秘密会谈后弄到的。手枪交接是在Parramatta清真寺一间没有摄像头只限女性的祷告室里进行的。

Jabar在走向附近的Parramatta警局实施恐袭前还朝一个摄像头做了IS的单指敬礼手势。

Cheng走出警局大楼时，Jabar走到他背后朝他后脑勺开了枪，Cheng当场死亡。在警方将Jabar射杀前，他大喊“真主伟大”。

警方在他所穿的袍子里发现了一张纸条，上面写着，“奉真主的旨意，今天来到这里让你们心中充满恐惧。”

策划此次袭击的Alou被判最高44年监禁，Mustafa Dirani被判38年监禁，提供枪支的Talal Alameddine被判近18年监禁。

Dirani辩称从没见过Jabar，不知道他们谋划了什么，他的律师Mark Tedeschi告诉陪审团Dirani等Alou是为了共进午餐。

Dirani的判决听审会将晚些时候进行。

Alexandre Bissonnette, who pleaded guilty to killing six men at a Quebec City mosque two years ago, will be allowed to ask for parole at the age of 67, a judge decided Friday.

Bissonnette, 29, will serve an automatic life sentence for shooting and killing the men at the Quebec Islamic Cultural Centre on Jan. 29, 2017. He has been behind bars since the shooting.

He will be allowed to go before the Parole Board of Canada after serving 40 years, ruled Superior Court Justice François Huot — in a decision that left survivors and families feeling "disappointed," "dismayed" and "gutted."
