Council approves development at busy Hunt Club/Riverside

St. Mary’s Development Corp., which is a Taggart Realty company, will build a car dealership and high-rise building at 3930 and 3960 Riverside Dr., at Hunt Club Road. A planning rationale filed with the development application also describes a retail plaza, private school and hotel. A retirement facility is also in the developer’s plans.
（1）car dealership -- 沿 Hunt Club 往西有好几家啦；
（2）high-rise building -- 作为高层公寓位置挺吸引人，但可能价钱买不起；
（3）retail plaza -- 不知规模能有多大。
（4）交通是大问题：两个相关区的市议员投票反对，共有5位议员反对。
