Hi, dear,
Don't worry too much. It's very easy to find it. You just have to take the 95 express bus to Orleans and stop at Train( one bus stop called Train), and will be able to find it there, for sure.
Or: ask the driver to stop you there when you ask for help once you get up the 95 bus.
