三哥饮食很健康？未必啦，印吹是不靠谱的。其实三哥的料理中，大部份都是块根类和面粉类等淀粉组成，蛋白质与蔬菜类反而相对少，烹饪方式单调，用大量油脂和香料炖煮而成，实在是非常适合『供养大量人口』。 三哥的料理，基本上颜色都很像、形状虽然不一样、吃起来就是那个样。
