Minto Orleans 明天卖43的地块，都上90万了，年底过后100万，加上LOT Premium 再加点升级，没110万打不下来现在。
Barheaven 和 Orleans的价格差不多，有80万的快枪。

Lot premium 8万到10万就已经100多万了。再升级5。6万最低标准了。不是就110万以上了嘛。

Minto明天在Orleans要release的房子价钱出来了，比几个周前涨了6万。照这样下去，两年后，渥太华Single house基本上都得上百万，直逼多伦多。
