有人拿过province offence ticket吗？有个问题请教

我和朋友开了个小店，前几天天气好，开着门，可能把门口Mask Required的标志给吹跑了，没发现。昨天来个city bylaw officer，不由分说一下就开了个500刀的罚单。店里店员客人都戴口罩，进门前还要问screen问题量体温，没想到人家就是不管，没那张纸就要罚五百。小店小本经营现在已经各种困难，一下子就罚五百实在是雪上加霜。Officer说让我认罪，我记得以前parking罚单可以认罪但是同时也有机会见面一半，但是我去网站时候看到province这种罚单，认罪就不能减免。上庭不知道会不会有转机？所以请教各位不知道有没有这种经验。然后顺便提醒各位小生意主，最近city的人会到处溜达，看capacity，看sign，小心为上。

This form is used to exercise Option 2 for Provincial Offences Act (POA) tickets to request a phone appointment with a Justice of the Peace to plead guilty and make submissions as to penalty (amount of fine or time to pay).
The Justice of the Peace does not have jurisdiction to:

• Reduce the charge; e.g., a speeding charge of 20 kilometres over the limit cannot be reduced to 15 kilometres
• Remove or reduce the demerit points to be applied. Demerit points are applied by the Ministry of Transportation upon conviction and the court cannot change the demerit points to be applied

appeal not guilty! 说sign早上开门时还在，不知道为何不见了。不可能每分钟去看sign还在不在。跟法官说疫情期间做生意本就困难，开张罚单更是雪上加霜。而且这又不是实际上的action violation.

上庭不认罪要有证据，您店里有监控录像吧？查查看，能否调出那张要求戴口罩的标志，或者找附近的目击者有看到要求戴口罩的标志的？有理有据为自己争取。
