My house was built in 2008. The shingles are not in good shape and the roof vents need to be updated to the new standard. I'd like to find other home owners living in Stonebridge who also want to change the shingles this year. The roofing companies usually give discount for group purchase.

Just curious about the inflation, please do me and CFCers a favor and post the difference between the price quoted in 2021 and paid this year as a percentage increase, if you don't mind.

The roof can last approximately 20 years, more or less. The interest rate was at rock bottom, and the RE market was hot in 2021, and so was the roofing business.
