Ships quarantined after Covid cases detected​

Gibraltar recorded a jump in active cases of Covid-19 on Wednesday, all of them involving seafarers on merchant ships in British waters.
There were 14 active cases detected in Gibraltar according to the latest update, all of them visitors. No resident cases were detected.

还好直布罗陀的病例都是外来的，没有影响我对全民注射疫苗的信心，这也是加拿大唯一的希望了。

以前我对以色列的防疫很关注，但现在发现其疫苗注射率停留在60%上下，新增的染病数迟迟不能归零。
现在唯一的观察点就是直布罗陀了，但其缺点就是样本太小。

加拿大的新一轮高峰又来了。我们自己能做的
（1）有机会尽早打疫苗；
（2）注意隔离防范。

土豆基本上是公子哥做派，没吃过苦，没有危机意识。不过他好歹有点儿纠错能力。现在加拿大最大的失误就是没有疫苗生产能力，希望土豆也能尽快纠正这个错误。
疫苗生产这件事不应该从商业角度去解决，而应该是联邦政府的责任，就类似于组建军队。

以色列的接种率几近饱和，除非新的规定可以降低年龄，一些宗教人士抵制。而且现在的死亡率对确诊人数越来越高。

Incidence is rare, occurring in only 0.008% of cases and in line with expectations​

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has identified a small cohort of approximately 5,800 cases of Covid-19 infection among more than 66 million Americans who have completed a full course of vaccination.

These so-called breakthrough cases, which are defined as positive Covid-19 test results received at least two weeks after patients receive their final vaccine dose, represent 0.008% of the fully vaccinated population.

看来自我防护还是最根本的措施。疫苗可以极大地缓解疫情，特别是在美国和加拿大这些公众没有可能完全自律的国家。

很好的数据，这个比例比以色列2月报道的60万2千人完全免疫后，608人感染率低十几倍，那个是0.1%的感染率。
