Minimum Requirements for This Role:

Eligibility for a recognized professional accounting designation. The recognized professional accounting designations are Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified General Accountant (CGA).

Objectives of this Role:

• Assist in the execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes including completing reconciliations, preparation of journal entries, escalation & resolution of issues, and meeting all set deadlines.
• Conduct detailed analysis of regional and subsidiary level income statements and balance sheets. Ensure compliance with IFRS accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal financial statements and reports, maintaining highest quality, reliability, and accuracy.
• Assist in commissions calculation and reporting.
• Help streamline inventory processes. Compile and prepare supporting documentation for inventory valuation; review, research, and reconcile any abnormalities in data ensuring accuracy.
• Assist in providing requested deliverables to the external auditors in conjunction with quarter review and yearend audit processes.
• Support management through special projects and financial analyses as needed.
