请教一下，fence本来是和邻居share同意装的，post也已经打了，钱也付了，但是还只是打了个post没装，我可以要求fence公司取消不装了吗？我想着最坏的结果是我不要退款但也不装了。

首先邻居之间协商, 但有时很难, 商量不行就好好研究bylaw, use bylaw 保护自身利益.. 一些方便没法与人, 我的邻居以前经常放音乐到半夜, 说两遍不改, 只好call 311, police, 现在基本上不放了.

对！多年前紧隔壁的邻居为小孩买了一塑料泳池, 刚放水没两天就被隔四五家远的邻居(据说是律师)告了, city来人量了深度, 告知没有fence只充许二尺深的水, 他家两尺半，所以违法，当场放水.

不管装不装fence，楼主现在就应该再打一个电话给311， 投诉游泳池水深，即使没有小孩，难道没有朋友小孩来玩？这个应该跟噪音分别投诉。

蒙特利尔bylaw有规定，泳池必须装fence，认识一个华人，在那里装玻璃fence，发财了，业务接不完。

我也觉得如果city还是这么不作为，真是取消fence没准是最好的解决方案。因为取消了，他的那点地不够放那个设备，他必须得挪回他自家后院。
