Job Description:
The position is a senior level technical support role providing Third Level support to a customer base of telephone companies and large enterprise customers within North America.
The ideal candidate has 4 to 5 years of experience working in core networks. Familiarity or experience with the Nortel Passport 15000 series would be desirable. Must have experience working with ATM, Frame Relay, Voice, Transport, TDM, and/or Data.
The candidate must have strong problem-solving, analytical and customer service skills. Communication skills are most important since the candidate will be working with clients from all over North America who have incurred difficulties and seek the candidate? skills in solving their problem.
These positions will be located in the province of New Brunswick. Candidates must be interested in accepting permanent positions within this province.
