日本南部九州宫崎县发生6.9级地震，新西兰发生6.2级地震

山东产钻石的地方肯定没有强烈地震威胁。安省也没有严重地震灾害，是加拿大人口密集地区。

我是从历史上说，北美大陆各国人大量涌入才有几百年，就是本土原住民，据说也是从欧亚大陆迁徙来的。
至于山东，还是和地震带连在一起的，人员流动很容易。
