A favorable majority of Germany's 16 federal states has voted on an historic change to the country's debt borrowing rules, paving the way for billions of euros in defense and infrastructure spending.

在败选老政府下台前，跟即将上台的反对党合作（需要2/3票）推翻了宪法规定的不能超过35%GDP的预算, 赶在强烈反对即将上台的另类正义党之前通过了修宪法案，完全是左右互相合作的典范，据报道，预算一通过，疾病缠身的德国汽车厂马上复活。
德国在所有发达国家财务最健康，负债最少，但是限于宪法，不能随便花钱。现在左右政客互相合作突破这一限制。
加拿大这次大选，不管哪个党上台，能不能不为了反而反？
