我查了说议员和部长，都没有规定需要security check，有犯罪记录我们公司肯定不要，但是当议员当部长是可以的，只要党头头愿意。

一般人有犯罪记录肯定过不去security check，但是，但是，有犯罪记录也可以通过security check的啦，也没有硬性规定就一定不行，反正说你安全你就安全了。
