Ottawa University,No more then $400.00 a month,Included:Hydro,Heat,electrical,Phone etc.
so I could WALK there, I come from China,
I am a non smoker male and have no pets, will be attending
Ottawa University at the end of August for research as a scholar,
so may looking to move in at the first of August.
