I registered my company this Janaury through Internet. It is a Canadian company. I pay tatolly 223$ (20$+tax for name searching and 200$ for registration).

If you run the business by yourself. You don't need to have a lawyer. You may need an Accountant when you submit your tax sheet every year. As my knowledge, it takes less than 200$.

我第一年请accountant, 从第二年起自己干。唉，会计师要失业了
