补贴应该是税务补贴，而不是150亿现金，没有生产和收入也就没有补贴了。。。

至于政府前期给了多少钱，就不知道了。

天真，Stellantis才不傻， 明确说了联邦政府给100亿现金， 安省给了多少？不能说。拿不到钱，Stellantis肯定不会跑路


When asked about the deals with NextStar, a spokesperson for Premier Doug Ford said Ontario has its “own contracts in place with strong guardrails.” The spokesperson declined to say how much the province has paid out to NextStar so far.

Though the province has described the production subsidies as tax breaks, the federal contract indicates they’re cash payments.

这里面说的150亿是根据生产电池的数量，加拿大给他们的补贴，确实是cash only。。。但是得先生产出来才能给钱（$35美金/kwh）。

当然这个电池厂的协议$15B和要关闭的Brampton的工厂没有直接关系，但都是Stelltantis下面的。

Joly says Canada launching dispute process against Stellantis

Industry Minister Melanie Joly says the federal government is launching a dispute resolution process against Stellantis for moving planned vehicle production from its Brampton, Ont. plant out of the country.
