i post the adver.just for a friend.

i think it's reasonable.

1.. don't forget it's in 1 bedroom apt, quite a separated and quiet room. what's more, it is near OU main campus and you needn't to pay for the bus fee---$50.00/month at least.( so many students of OU choose here)

2..700(rent)+30(tel)=730//month and the new tel number has been charged for more than $80.00

3..BTW, he is a ph.d student, very busy and spend most of his time just in the lab. that's means, most of the time, if you like, you can enjoy a much private space.
