DDR内存的速度

Can anybody tell me how much performance increase I will get if I use DDR333 or DDR400?

Say if I have 2 systems like this:
1. CPU: 166MHz x 12 with DDR333 RAM
2. CPU: 200MHz x 10 with DDR400 RAM

哪个系统内存性能好?
区别到底有多大?
