For C++ language itself, there is no difference between English and Chinese. If you want to learn it effectlively, I think it is better to learn it from English materials. It will make you easy to communicate with others on the C++ topics (or job interview) and easy to get solutions for your C++ problems in internet by searching keywords in English(you do not need to ask again about the books in Chinese).

It is not necessary to learn C++ in Chinese and then traslate the words and terms into English.
