[问题] WIN XP 乱码显示的问题

我按精华区的设 定， 改成汉语系统。可是有时英文显示出乱码的汉字。我试了很多方法都不行。
请各位大侠帮忙。注：没病毒，改成英文系统也不行。

You got this when you are browsing english sites, right?
If that is true, next time when it happens, select IE menu
"View"->"Encoding"->"Western European(Windows)"
The 乱码 should be gone.
You can try to enable the "Auto Select", but that doesn't always work.

IE is ok, but other applications doesn't work, especially French. Such as.......
Oh, I want to paste a picture by SnagIt, but it doesn't work by Paste.
So 能截屏上来看看吗?

"最后一个设置点Advanced
打开Language for non-Unicode programs的中文支持
在Language for non-Unicode programs的下拉菜单中找到Chinese(PRC),然后Apply"

This is why you have the 乱码.
Resetting this to English will make your 乱码 in french go away but the chinese software will then show 乱码 probably.

I guess you cannot have 鱼与熊掌 at the same time.

Thank you. This way works fine. And the display is ok for IE and I can use 中文之星 for Chinese Input.
One more question: is there any posibility still to use 清华紫光 输入汉字?
