this moring, I found I can't log in Internet, I called the rogers, they said you computer has virus, you need kill them first. I ask what kind of virus and how to spell it. he said" Norton","antidirus" also said "Mcasee". I did not know which is the name of virus, which is the software. I am in library right now. I do not have software to kill them. I need your help,please.My phone num is 230-7645. I can't use Internet in my home. thanks a lot.

看来你跟Rogers交流有点问题，我几个月前被Rogers停过一次，说我得机器有病毒不停的往外发spam email. I told him that I have very good anti-virous software and firewall. I can resolve it quickly. So I asked him to get me back to internet immidiately. He agreed and warned me that if the problem still occurred I will be blocked again. I used norton firewall catching a program constantly trying to connect to web. name is msdc.exe
I searched web site of norton and got the name of virous and clean procedure. I think you might have the same problem as me. Normally if you do not bother the users of rogers network they don't care what virous you have.
So call them to get you back to the network. And see if you have any unusual network activities.
