今天经过Central Park, 发现那里也有新房卖,可是并没看到同胞们讨论过这个区,精华区也搜查不到,各位能不能给点一般的看法啊,多谢多谢!

位置是好位置, 就是建筑商巨差. 买那里的新房要做好头痛的准备.

有个洋人Agent说: the best location with the worst builder.

Central Park是一家builder开发的吗？哪一家？

Ashcroft is the builder. I found it's a little bit strange that the 2 year old 2nd hand house is 20k less than the current price on the builder's list. Does that mean anything?

I had visited an open house which was built by this builder @ centurepoint. The quality is terrible!! Don't go this builder if you have other option.
