possible factors that might cause this:
a) software problem
b) rogers
c) router
possible solutions
a) try disconnect all computers except one and test the router.
try type in run: “cmd" and type "ipconfig" in the popup window
if your ip shows up but you still cannot connect to internet
type in "ipconfig /release" enter
type in "ipconfig /renew" enter
if your computer is still not working. Then it is either rogers' problem or your router's.
b) change ISP
c) change router
