One big, clean, quiet and sunny room available in April 1,2004, Which
is one mintue to University of Ottawa, 3 mintues to bus station, one
mintue to GYM, 4 mintues to Rideau river park and Canal, 7 minutes to
Corel center. The rental is $400 including heating, water, TV cable
and local telephone except electricity.

It is a long term, not sublet.There is a free shuttle bus between Carleton university and OttawaUniversity. It is a good place for students in Carleton and ottawa university. A graduate student looking for a nice, non-smoking roomate. No pet.
