Phenomena when I tried to log in my yahoo account (email account)
Bounced message from Yahoo!:
"Unfortunately, we are unable to process your request at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later."
I used a different computer with the same Internet connetion, it worked. I mean, in this way, I can log in my Yahoo account. But I still can't log in with my own computer.
Below is the last response from Yahoo! Customer Care. It seems, finally I could not get a workable solution. Any DaXia can help me?
Thanks

Hello,
Thank you for writing to Yahoo! Account Services.
Since you can log into your account using another computer, then the
problem relies on your other computer.
Do both computers use the same Operating system?
Thank you again for contacting Yahoo! Customer Care.

Colt

Hello,
I just received the same answer from your Yahoo! Account Services that I had already received this morning. I wrote a letter to you according to your previous reply. Here is the copy of my letter.

Hello,
I appreciate your help.
I used a different computer through the same Internet connection I have been using, and it works. (I can log in my account using that computer.) But I still can't log in my yahoo account using my own computer. I got the same bounced message described as below. It's really weird! Is it the problem of my IE or windows 2000 rofessional? Any suggestion?
Regards.
