help needed!!

There is a file called five seek.exe under the folder name trunk more, I can NOT delete it. Before it kept reproducing itself, now it is totally not accessible!! what it does is that it creates numerous pop-ups and adds porn sites to my favourite, which completely annoys me!!!
ask for any sort of help on getting rid of this file!!!

First of all, turn off all ie browsers.
Start->Run->type in taskmgr[enter]
choose seek.exe then click on stop process.
after all remove it from the folder and clean up your registry

Start->Run->type in regedit[enter]
press Ctrl+F, and search seek.exe
remove everything that contains seek.exe [mostly it contains only in HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Run and HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Run. but becareful with edit in registry coz it might screw your pc up if you aint careful.]

Try spybot. It might be able to clean up that for you.
For sure it might find some other similar goodies you have.

last step is you have to delete the seek.exe in your hard disk.
you can do that in windows or DOS,
it is probably in c:\windows
